Porcini and sausage “coca” Mini

The porcini and butifarra coca is an authentic culinary delight that evokes flavors and aromas of Catalan and Mediterranean cuisine. The breeze paste base, with its crunchy and slightly buttery texture, serves as the perfect base for this exquisite combination.

The caramelized onion provides a sweetness and mellowness and harmonizes perfectly with the mushrooms. The authentic and traditional butifarra de pagès is the protagonist of this coca. In this case, it is the main source of protein. Made in the most traditional way, 100% artisan. Thick cut and well seasoned with black pepper.

Parmesan cheese, with its intense and saline flavor, brings personality and character to the dish. The chopped fresh chives and extra virgin olive oil are the last touches that enrich this coca with its fresh and authentic aroma of Mediterranean cuisine.

Without a doubt, a gastronomic experience of Catalan cuisine and Mediterranean flavors. An ideal option to share in good company. Recommended minimum for 4 people. We hope to delight the most demanding palates!
