The Cusco Bar takes us straight to the Machu Picchu region in Peru, where high-altitude cacao grows with its own unique character. Made with 65% Peruvian origin cacao, sugar, and cocoa butter, this chocolate bar stands out for its authenticity and purity, featuring a minimum of 65% cacao.
Its aromatic profile is smooth and approachable, with notes of red fruits such as cherry and plum, complemented by Andean flowers. It offers medium sweetness, making it ideal for those beginning to explore single-origin chocolates without losing the richness of true cacao.
Its distinctive value lies in the use of high-altitude Criollo cacao from the Andean region of Peru, known for its exceptional quality. The result is a perfect balance between sweetness and complexity, intensely aromatic with a light natural acidity that brings extraordinary freshness.
The bar is presented in a 100 g format and may contain traces of gluten, nuts, milk, and soy.
It is best preserved in a cool, dry place between 16 and 18 °C to maintain its full qualities.
To enjoy it at Baixas, the chocolate shop in Barcelona that will not leave you indifferent. Enjoy your meal!
