White sausage button

Made with Vienna bread, the white sausage button is a juicy breakfast or appetizer for any occasion.

The bread, with a soft dough and tender crumb, provides the perfect base to season it with a sausage. Spread with hanging tomatoes, the bread acquires a slightly crunchy texture and a delicate flavor that demands the best accompaniment: sausage.

The white sausage, with an intense but delicate flavor, is the protagonist of this proposal. This traditional sausage of Catalan cuisine merges with the crumbs of bread and offers an explosion of traditional flavor in every bite.

We propose it for an informal breakfast or lunch with friends and family. It is also an excellent combination option at a canapés table in a casual and relaxed atmosphere.

In short, the white sausage button evokes authenticity and territory, the cuisine of a lifetime. It's a one-bite experience. Bon appetit!
