This cake is known for its intense chocolate flavor and unique combination of flavors. <\/p>\n<p>The base of the cake is formed by the 70% <span class=\"hiddenSpellError\">Valrhona <\/span>chocolate mousse. This mousse has an intense flavour and a smooth, silky texture. It melts in your mouth.
