Our small butter croissant is a classic French pastry treat that we offer every day in Baixas<\/span>. Our croissant is traditional, 100% handmade, made with horns, thus avoiding fashions and facilities of today. <\/p>\n

The butter croissant is made with a premium Corman <\/span>butter-rich puff pastry dough. It gives it a delicate texture, a rich and noble flavor, handmade. The other ingredients are: wheat flour, sugar, salt, yeast, milk and egg for painting.
