The ham and cheese quiche is an exquisite traditional gastronomic delight and very well adopted inBaixas. A very successful canapé, made from eggs, ham and cheese.

To make the ham and cheese quiche we will need: farm eggs, ham, cow cheese and sour cream.

First, beat the eggs, add the low-salt ham, cow cheese and a touch of sour cream. We recommend a little black pepper to flavor the preparation and a tip of salt.

At this point, the preparation is ready and we can already arrange it in its corresponding mold. Finally, bake while controlling the time and temperature, preventing the quiche from becoming dry or too dry.

It is a versatile and very versatile dish. We can enjoy it mid-morning or as an appetizer of a lunch or dinner. It is a very good option to combine with other items from our catering. It pleases the most nostalgic and the little ones. Very good profit! Very good profit!
