At this point they are baked again so that they are very crispy. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">Carquinyoli is an ideal addition to desserts. A most delicious sweet perfect to accompany some coffees. Its crunchy texture turns this delicacy into a real whim.
