In September 1958, Francesc Baixas and Conxita Melich, its founders, started this sweet project without knowing that it would end up becoming a national and international benchmark in the world of pastry. The love for this profession was inherited by their children N\u00faria and Joan Baixas.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Nuria Baixas he was at the helm of the business until 2022 when the company was acquired by Grup Oliv\u00e9.<\/p>
